There is a moment when you stop trying to figure life out…
and start seeing it.
Not as it should be.
Not as you want it to be.
But as it is.

I. SEEING
How do I help myself, others, everyone? We are all in pain, we all have fears. We all show ourselves in different ways. That is the key to recognize what I am telling myself by my actions and my stories, seeing this in myself and others, discovering this through presence. Listen to everything: how I feel, how I react, how I follow. Do the same with others. Be present at all times. Have the intention to learn. Everything is teaching you something. Perceive to learn. Study everything and everyone. See the things that nobody sees. Take everything in, digest it. Do not judge or label. See it as it is so you can understand it. Do not react or put ego to it. Take it in, breathe. Allow your self to come through. Do not rush the answer. Do not force the understanding. Allow it to come through you. Let your entire system touch and feel it. Let it be present within you. It will guide you to the answer. It will show you the words. It will give you the actions to take. It will ask the questions it needs.
This is almost a super power within you. It just comes out. It lives without your needing to be there. When you are fully present with someone and have the intention of Simply being, this gift appears. Your only job is to have the intention of listening with your entire being, allowing the message to be present within you. Then what comes out of you is the gift. It is your truest form, who you are meant to be. This is not taught, it is not learned. You have no ability to make it any different; it simply exists within you. You know this, you have known forever.
You have an innate ability to decipher not just people, situations. You have any unique ability to find patterns and things. This gives you the ability to manipulate those patterns and form them, make them better. It also works in Reverse. When you are not aligned, you take those patterns and make them worse. Your alignment, your focus, your intentions are the keys.
Now you turn that inward. Start with you. Continue digging in, finding the patterns that live within you. Shape them, understand them, craft yourself into a machine of Optimal Performance. Then you go outward: create your life. Life is patterns. That is how you see. That is how you breathe. Patterns in yourself, in life, in others.
Follow your heart, then go. This is your life, your existence. Create your life, help others create theirs.
---
Then something shifts.
The seeing becomes uncomfortable.
---
The more you force, the more you want, the less you stay present, the more space you give the ego. I compare my life to others, to where I want to be: money, love, success, fame, glory, etc. I want to be there now. I believe it should just happen. Why isn't it? What is taking so long? Can't life not see I am committed?
So where is the reward? Where is life's upgrade? Where are my external gifts?
This is all ego. This is a space it wants me to live in, the space it wants my mind. When these are the thoughts running through my mind, it exists, it is leading, it has a shot to pull me back to say, "See, I told you. You don't deserve that life."
That is the story it wants, that is the cycle.
I have lived this pattern. I recognize this pattern. I also see where I am from it.
I am not living, I am waiting to die.
That pattern ends empty, loveless, and alone.
So if that is the pattern, I see this, I fully understand it, then why do I stay in it?
That is the real question.
Now that I do, I have a choice: give in, go back… or choose to live, build, and follow a new pattern.
It’s not about rewards. It is built daily. It only has now.
Build today.
---
II. BREAKING
Then the questions deepen.
---
What is today? Is it what we make it? Is it what it is? Or is it already written? Does your ability to walk in faith frame this? What if the ego is leading?
Your belief in understanding of this creates your reality.
If I am being led by the ego, the past will be seen in stories of anger, regret, and disappointment. If led by self, then it will be seen as lessons.
There is no real answer.
Where you are when asked is truth to you.
That truth will change.
This is a question that will reveal much about a person.
The answer is not right or wrong… it is a marker to be studied to give an understanding of someone.
---
And then it drops out of the mind… into the body.
---
Be where you are, see what is all around you. Open your eyes. Look. Take It All In. Listen. Allow your ears to hear all the sounds of life. Be so present in the moment your body feels it.
This is connection.
Every human seeks connection. We all want to feel seen, heard, understood.
That is the fear as well.
The fear of being seen.
The fear we are not lovable.
The ego was awakened, and life took on another meaning: not to live, but to survive.
We can take life back.
Seek through absolute presence.
---
Then the truth surfaces.
---
It is a feeling of self-worth—a feeling that I am not worth what I want: my goals, love, family, happiness.
That is my resistance pattern.
Self-sabotage.
I find a way to show it won’t work to avoid failure.
The cycle runs deep within.
It came through layers. Through stories. Through parts protecting each other.
Until I finally stopped.
I knew it was deeper.
That is when it appeared.
Self-worth.
The underlying feeling that I do not deserve love of any form.
---
The ego was never trying to hurt me.
It was trying to protect me.
From this.
---
This is where you must go.
Get beyond the stories. Get past the resistance.
Recognize the stories. Take a breath. Go deeper.
It will appear.
Then the truth is revealed.
Now you know.
Now you heal.
Now you move.
---
III. BECOMING
Now the relationship changes.
---
Everyday I learn. Everyday shows me the vision of what is holding me back: the internal resistance.
This is where the work is: leaning into the resistance.
Resistance thrives in resistance.
Make it explain itself.
Not to shame it… but to show it there is nothing to fear.
It exists from pain, fear, and suffering.
It has an identity of its own.
Help it grow.
Help it heal.
There is more to life than living in fear.
Beyond the dark is the light.
There is love for you.
Allow light.
Allow love.
Allow life.
---
And then…
you stop trying to control the path.
---
Live in service of others; live in service of your true self.
Surrender to this.
Go so deep you get lost in it—not lost as in no direction, lost in the journey.
Let the current guide you.
You have been given the vision.
You do not know the destination.
The forks are the test.
Do not choose the easy path.
Be brave.
Let life be scary.
Be eager to fail.
Step into fear.
They are building something within you.
Do not live in Death.
Follow your heart.
Climb.
Get up.
Fight for the life your heart craves.
Live in the pain of reality.
Let it make your blood flow.
Let it create pride.
Allow the river within to guide you.
---
There is no finish line.
There is only the step you take today.
And then the next.
The climb continues.
